Say goodbye to documented legal costs!

28 Nov 2018 0

Buyers that sign for a loan to buy a house are exempted from now on, paying the Stamp Duty (AJD). Since last December the 10th, the Stamp Duty (AJD) is approved by Decree-Law and has to be taken over by banks.

This tax usually accounts for about 70% of mortgage costs. Although the amount to be paid depends on factors such as it is a new or a used house, this is good news for prospective buyers.

How do you calculate how much money you have to pay in total? The quickest way to get an approximate number is to use an online simulator. Therefore, we recommend that you run the simulation and start your projects to enjoy your new home.

We advise you.
